In my own experience as Global Programme Director in Cross Cultures I have experienced how Sport for Development can be a powerful trampoline for change and how local sport for development organisations manage to build civic engagement, train youth leaders, educate on children’s rights and provide access to sport for all in countries where sport often is a privilege of the elite.

 

As Global Programme Director I have been in charge of the overall project management cycle and stakeholder relations.  Moreover, I have enjoyed spearheading social responsibility in sport and the forging of innovative strategic public-private partnerships around Social Responsibility in Sport
