- 10 years of mediation experience in more than 40 cases within the National Commission of Police

- Design and implementation of conflict and dialogue training in the Danish Institute for Parties and Democracyt
- Facilitating dialogue and conflict mediation between political parties in Kenya, Tanzania, Burkina Faso and Myanmar
- Advising local organisations in dialogue and conflict handling in Moldova, Jordan and Tunisia.
- Expert in the Danish Peace Keeping Stand-by Force
- Appointed member of the Nordic Women Mediators Network
- Chair of the Danish Center for Conflict Resolution
